APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
As a small business, we kindly ask our clients to follow the policies below to protect your time and ours.
Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accomodate other clients waiting for an appointment. We understand life be unpredictable, whilst running a small business we need to help cover some of our business costs should you not be able to make it for your scheduled appointment.
We keep your card details securely stored on your file to use as a way of payment in the event if you no show or late cancellation. However we do not take deposits and require storing your card details for this reason.
CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING:
Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up until 24 hours prior. Fail to do so, a fee of 50% of your appointment total will be charged.
If your card declines, we will contact you to pay your invoice.
NO SHOWS:
Our booking system will automatically send a confirmation email once your appointment has been booked along with a confirmation txt message 72 hrs prior to confirm your appointment. If we don't receive a confirmation reply, we will attempt to contact you.
Any no show appointments, we will process 100% of your appointment total.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL:
Please be mindful of traffic in surrounding areas and finding a car park prior to your appointment time.
We always try to accomodate set backs however any missed time will come off your appointment time booked.
In certain circumstances, we may need to reconsider the service type that has been booked if we are unable to accomodate some of the services booked, however the original service costs still apply.
CHANGE OF MIND:
Once a booking is made, for a change of mind during the service, no refunds will be given. We kindly ask for you to make any changes prior to your booking more than 24 hours prior.
Please be fully aware of the service/s you are booking before proceeding.

IMPORTANT
We do NOT fill other technicians work for eyelash extensions. A removal and a new set is required. Please book accordingly.
Please note that any reactions to our treatments are not foreseeable by Isabella Sharp Beautician. Whilst care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions.
Please advise us if you have had any sensitivities or reactions previously.
Please contact with the salon immediately if you become aware of allergic reaction so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
